Our story

We have over 20 years experience in the bespoke kitchen industry dealing with all aspects, from build all the way through to the paint finish. With our new venture, we wish to concentrate on the painting and refurbishment of existing kitchens and furniture.

Offering a friendly professional painting service, we can advise and then restore your cabinetry to its former glory, using traditional techniques with modern paints to bring your kitchen back to life.

Whilst the kitchen is being prepared to paint why not change the handles to complete the makeover? It's no problem to fill and re-drill for new knobs, pull handles or cups. We can help source and select new handles and door furniture to get that perfect look for you.

Process

We cause very little disruption to you (you won't even have to empty your cupboards) with a very efficient service, hand painting to a superior finish without the upheavel and great expense of a new kitchen.

Preparation is really important. We thoroughly clean and degrease all surfaces then sand in readiness for the specialist adhesion primer and modern low VOC paints. From a simple repaint to a complete refurbishment Caulk & Colour can paint virtually any surfaces from dated wood to laminate. We can use your choice of paint although we recommend the Tikkurila Helmi 30 brand - a very hard wearing, easily washable , low VOC, water-based and bio-based paint.

In addition to kitchens we can also refurbish any cabinetry including bedrooms, studies, boot rooms, bathrooms and any free-standing furniture.
